As per the ISO standards, products requiring Irradiation must be validated before routine runs. The purpose of this study is to find the dose inside the product box. For this exercise, 3 boxes of same product(identical) is taken and divided into 3 planes. Dosimeters are placed in 9 locations of each plane. If required by client, Biological Indicators are also put alongwith the dosimeters. These boxes are processed and results are reviewed. A validation report also called Dose Mapping Report is issued to the client.
